WAIVER OF LIABILITY

This agreement releases Inspiring Generations II from all liability relating to injuries or allergies that may occur by using products or any equipment used in particular classes.

CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH, INTERVIEW, AND/OR AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF INFORMATION

I consent and authorize to take photographs, video, or other visual images of me and/or my child and/or to record me and/or my child’s voice, the results of which may be published into the public domain. I agree that all reproduction and all copyrights associated with the above-described media shall remain the property of Inspiring Generations II. I understand that the use of the communications efforts may directly or indirectly benefit the program financially. I agree that my child and/or I am not entitled to any claim for payment or royalty in connection with the distribution or publication of these communications.

MAKE-UP CLASSES (Regular Term Classes)

By default, we do not offer make-up classes. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. e.g. Proof of medical certificate. Inspiring Generations II reserves the right to make the final decision.

MAKE-UP CLASSES (Holiday Camps)

Due to the nature of the holiday camp format, we are unable to offer make-up classes during this period. Any alternative arrangements (e.g. joining another class at a different location/day) are arranged as a goodwill gesture and are strictly subject to availability. Should the arrangement not be available, there will not be any refund or future class credit provided.
Absence without notice will not be eligible for any alternative arrangements. All requests must be made in writing prior to the class starting, by sending us an email at chat@littleskoolz.com

REBOOKING AND TRANSFERS

We will allow for 1 change in your registration up to 48-hours prior to class starting (e.g change in location, time or course), subject to availability. Subsequent changes will be subject to a $20 administrative fee per change. Requests must be made in writing by sending us an email at chat@littleskoolz.com

FUTURE CLASS CREDIT

Future class credit can be used towards any class that you want to sign up for within the validity period.
If the class that you want to sign up for has a higher course fee, you will be required to pay the difference.
If the class that you want to sign up for has a lower course fee, then the credits may be used in part. Please note that the validity date will remain the same and will not be extended.
Future class credit can be used by friends and family. Requests must be made in writing by sending us an email at chat@littleskoolz.com

DISCIPLINE AND SAFETY

Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for the safety of the student before and after class. Students are welcomed to arrive 15-min prior to the start of the class to settle in and should be picked up no later than 15-min after the class ends.
It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to inform Inspiring Generations II if the student has any medical conditions that may require special attention.
In the event of a serious accident that may require immediate medical attention, Inspiring Generations II might bring your child to the nearest clinic/hospital. By enrolling in Inspiring Generations II, you have given us consent to do so and parents/guardians will be notified immediately.
In the event where a student causes damage to any Inspiring Generations II’s property, the parents/guardians will be notified and are responsible to pay for the associated costs and damages (based on the market value) arising from the incident.

COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We generally do not collect your personal data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you (i) you have been notified of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you have provided written consent to the collection and usage of your personal data for those purposes.
We may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes: (a) performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of services requested by you; (b) verifying your identity; (c) responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, complaints and feedback from you; (d) sending your marketing information about our goods or services including notifying you of our marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership and rewards schemes and other promotions.

TRANSPORTATION

Our transport partner requires the full payment to be made before the arrangement of transport. Once transport is arranged, the fee is strictly non-refundable. Transport arrangement is based on 4 kids per vehicle. Any shortfall, the transport fee will be refunded and transport arrangements will be cancelled. Transport-related matters will be handled by our transport partner.

HARBOURFRONT LOCATION

Little Skoolz is in collaboration with AGORA Co-Learning Centre for our classes located in Harbourfront. Students can stay for no longer than 30 minutes in the premises before the class begins and after the class ends. Staying longer than 30 minutes is subjected to a fee of $13/hr.
