REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will not be processed for withdrawals. For withdrawals made within 24 hours of purchase, Inspiring Generations II may offer credit notes for withdrawals on a case-by-case basis. Eg Proof of medical certificate. Inspiring Generations II reserves the right to make the final decision.

The minimum number of students required for a class to be confirmed is 4. In the event of low sign-ups, Inspiring Generation II will notify parent/guardians 14 days prior to the class starting. We reserve the right to cancel 7 days before the class if the minimum number of students is below 4, in which case the course fee that was paid will be refunded in full.
