🌟 A Day of Little Explorers, Big Adventures
Our Global Trotter Learning Journey brought our young learners out of the classroom and into a world of real-life discovery. Through shared experiences, laughter, and hands-on activities, the children spent a meaningful day learning, exploring, and growing together.
🌿 1. Starting the Day With Smiles & Friendship
Our little explorers began the morning surrounded by lush greenery and orchids. Sitting together on the steps in their bright red-and-white uniforms, they smiled, chatted, and held colourful toy fruits as they prepared for the day ahead.
It was a warm, joyful start — full of laughter, friendship, and excitement for the adventure to come.
✈️ 2. Walking Through Jewel Like Real Travellers
As they entered Jewel, the children were mesmerised by the iconic Rain Vortex and the indoor forest around it. Wearing their lanyards like little travellers, they walked together, posed for photos with teachers, and took in the sights and sounds of the bustling airport.
Their eyes were full of curiosity — watching people from different places, noticing details, and asking questions about the world beyond home.
👀 3. Exploring, Observing & Learning on the Go
Throughout the journey, the children naturally learned by observing their environment. They pointed out planes, compared what they saw, and shared their thoughts with friends and teachers.
This simple act of walking, watching, and wondering helped them:
- Become more aware of the airport environment
- Notice different people, places, and movements
- Build confidence navigating a real-world space as a group
🎨 4. Crafting Their “Global Trotter” Badges
Later in the day, the children gathered outdoors under the trees for a special craft session. Sitting together on the ground, they proudly held up their colourful “Global Trotter” boards, decorated with stickers, drawings, and bright designs.
This creative time gave them a chance to:
- Reflect on their favourite parts of the journey
- Express themselves through art
- Develop fine motor skills in a fun way
- Feel proud of what they had experienced and created
😊 5. Ending the Day With Joy & Togetherness
They went home tired but happy, carrying not just their crafts and lanyards, but also new memories, confidence, and a sense of wonder about the world.
